For me, the ability to create on the go with my tablet and/or phone is a life saver. I am often required to sketch out concepts for clients at my job on the spot and it is easier to do this on my tablet and send my sketch straight into Photoshop than use paper knowing I will end up having to scan it in, edit the document, redraw the concept, and more. Also, I tend to get inspiration from the weirdest places at the weirdest times and while I do not always carry paper with me I do always have my phone or tablet. Essentially, creating on my mobile device just makes more sense and makes my life easier. Thus, in this edition of Digital Hacks I will be sharing with you a list of creative apps for mobile devices to help make your life easier.
Most of the apps listed are free. However, if the app has a (*) after its name it is not free. I did not include the prices as they are subject to change when there are sales through the various app stores.
